Support for YipYap (Language), provided by Magneum Industries LLC.
Pairing your AI assistant
In the app: Settings → AI connections → choose your assistant → Connect. For Claude Code or a Codex local plugin, tell the assistant the short code shown (for example, "pair 4K7Q-9DPM"). For hosted Claude or ChatGPT, add YipYap (Language) as the connector/app, choose Connect, and enter the app's short code in the YipYap authorization window. The code works once and expires in 10 minutes. No tokens or files are ever shown.
Disconnecting
In the app: Settings → AI connections → choose the assistant → Disconnect. YipYap preserves My Lexicon and removes that integration's access. If the action reports a failure, create the verified support case described below and email its case ID to support@magneum.co. A revoked assistant returns to level 0 immediately.
Account help, export, or deletion
Sign in to the YipYap app and choose Settings → Support → Create verified support case. Email the displayed case ID to support@magneum.co. The content-free case binds the request to your account; email alone never proves account ownership.
