Terms of Service
The service
Magneum Industries LLC provides a language-learning application and companion integrations that connect your AI assistant to your own vocabulary and learning settings ("the service"). The service is currently offered as a free beta; features may change as it matures.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may request deletion at any time by creating a verified support case while signed in and emailing its case ID to support@magneum.co. Email alone does not prove account ownership. Deletion removes your data, including your sign-in principal.
Your content
The vocabulary you create or import is yours. You grant us only the processing needed to operate the service — storing it, projecting it to integrations you explicitly connect, and including it in your exports. Curated learning content we publish (including pronunciation audio) is ours or licensed to us; personal, non-commercial use within the service is permitted.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to breach or probe other accounts, no automated bulk access outside connected integrations, no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
Integrations
Connecting an AI assistant is your explicit act, scoped to the bounded read, propose, edit, archive, and playback-event operations the connection declares. Access is revocable at any time through a verified support case while in-app controls land. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party assistant platforms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magneum Industries LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero during the free beta).
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
